"Location! Location! Location! Everything we needed and wanted was a short walk away."

Location was perfect for our stay! Management was prompt and efficient in meeting our needs. It's a great place for people who like to sleep in. Beds were spacious, and there was little natural light.

"Dark and smelly"

Location was central and easy to access the city. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and the arrangements for check in and out were excellent!

There was black mould in the bathroom which smelt very damp. There was a lot of dust and there was a general smell of stale smoke - the carpets perhaps? The paint was peeling off in many places - also damp in the walls. There were no mattress protectors on the beds which would be a haven for bed bugs. Also, tea towels would have been useful.
