L'appartement est bien situé et bien équipé. Le petit panier de bienvenue est agréable. L'équipe des hôtes.ses contacte fréquemment pour savoir si tout va bien.

C'est un sous-sol donc pas de lumière directe. La terrasse est en fait un petit fond de cour entre 4 grands murs d'immeuble. On entend le métro qui passe.

The two girls managing it are really nice and helpful, and the apartment is in a pretty central location.

The apartment is located in the basement which was not stated on the ad, so do not expect any natural light at all. When you’re inside, you can’t really tell whether it’s day or night. It also gets a bit humid even with a dehumidifier on 24/7. The interior of the building leading to the apartment is not very well maintained, and the path down honestly gives the impression that you’re entering a cave rather than arriving at a rental apartment. You should also be prepared to hear the metro passing by every few minutes, with only two or three quieter hours late at night. The apartment may look acceptable at first glance, but many of the furnishings feel very cheap and low quality. The couch, dining chairs, and clothes rack all seemed unstable and barely holding together. The shower pressure was good, which was one of the few positives. However, the hot water runs out quite quickly, even for two people, which makes showering inconvenient. The bedroom can feel quite small and cramped for two people.

Although nicely arranged, the apartment is underground, on -2 level of the building, which was not stated in the listing. The "terrace overlooking the inner courtyard" is in reality just a small “yard” of about 1.5 m². Furthermore, even with a dehumidifier working 24 hrs, humidity is constantly present. Some underground noise was constantly present during the night.

Clean and comfortable, great host.

Location, although close, not nice neighbourhood, apt is below ground floor, so a little cold and without much fresh air, although nicely accommodated and clean.
