Compact and cozy chalet, very quiet location (at end of October) which was great for us, handy bus into Dartmouth from outside the park gate.

Excellent holiday chalet with everything you need, comfortable and quiet, very close to Dartmouth and walks to Dittisham etc. Will stay again.

The location was great! Really cozy chalet and had everything we needed. Really good value for money.

very sweet and lovely chalet, we loved the decor seaside, beach very pretty. we never stayed in a chalet before we loved it. the chalet has everything you need very well thought about by the owners. the only thing we feel would be good ideal to have would be a blind in the large window with the lovely blue curtains, and on front door so you cant see people walk by!

we loved the place. but the guy at the back of us kept sitting on his front door step and was talking very loudly , not much you can do but can be a nuisance!. not owners fault , some people have no awareness of there noise level when talking for long periods! very lovely place to visit , very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The chalet is clean and plenty of space for the two of us. Hot and possibly new shower. Comfy bed. Fast WiFi.

This is about as petty as it gets but some sharp knives and a bread knife would have been good, but we managed.

The chalet was comfortable and matched the description provided.

Unfortunately, communication with the host was less positive. I had enquired about an early check-in, and while the host explained it wasn’t possible due to the cleaner’s schedule, the pre-arrival message noted that the cleaner often finished in the morning if we did wish to arrive earlier. We happened to arrive ahead of time due to light traffic and planned only to locate the chalet before spending the afternoon in Dartmouth. By coincidence, the cleaner was just finishing and kindly said we could check in. Shortly afterwards, I received a message from the host expressing displeasure about our early arrival, which came across as unnecessarily harsh. After explaining our reason for the early arrival, we had no further communication from the host until we checked out. Sadly, this tone put a damper on our stay.
