The views and property were great but what really stuck with me is the restaurant was absolutely insane. It was sooo good and I've been thinking about it everyday since. Can't wait to go back!

We loved the interior (lots of design pieces), how clean it was, the surroundings, great wine, extremely good food at their restaurant. Super friendly staff

Breakfast was too poor, not enough variety and the staff was too absent. The rooms were not isolated enough, too noisy. We would hear the neighbours.

Visually it's a beautiful property. That was the only good thing.

It was nearly 100 degrees during our 3 night stay and the AC did not work. Every day of our stay we asked them to look at it and for maintenance to come. Each day they said it would be fixed and it never was. Also, no one is at reception after about 7pm so we would come back from our days out to find, yet again, the AC not fixed and no one to speak to until the next morning. It was nearly impossible to sleep at night in this heat. Even after admitting their fault, Casa Ruffino refuses even a partial refund. Don't stay here, not worth your money.

Greath swimming pool and surroundings. Interesting wine tasting, good wines.

We were travelling as a family, and all the questions were addressed to my husband, wine tasting in lunch table (I ordered wine) and is everything okay questions. I was also paying restaurant bill and even then waiter asked was everything okay sir. Thats very old fashioned and disrespectful, even my husband was wondering that behavior.
