I don’t like the extra money you pay -added on to the price - think it was £35 for 4 nights This should stop & prevents me from returning

The facilities and the entire apartment were of great quality, and we had a wonderful stay

One of the windows in the second room was faulty, so it made the room colder than expected.

Lovely apartment. Good location. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Lovely big shower. Lovely views from the window.

Once you have booked this apartment you're taken to a link called safekey where you have to give extra details about yourself and the biggest thing is you have to pay either a £500 deposit which you get that back within 14 days! Or you pay a £35 non refundable waiver, had I know this upon booking I would have thought twice about booking this apartment. I asked for 2 hours before we arrived what the keys instructions were and had no response all I had was several messages off safekey asking to prove I had paid for the accommodation so eventually I rang safekey upon our arrival and was eventually given the code to enter the property. There are no tea/coffee making facilities, no shower gel/shampoo/soap, apart from hand soap, no condiments and the dishwasher is broken. The apartment itself was very warm, bearing in mind it was cold out, so goodness knows what its like when the weather is warm/hot as there is no aircon or fans. I had to have the window open all night which isn't ideal as this property is right opposite a main busy road. If being picky, there wasn't a bedside table in the one bedroom.

Flat was good, clean and at an ideal location for our itinerary.

Very comfortable and new. Easy instructions on access, wifi and free parking. Location ideal.

No long handled broom to sweep the floor. Free toiletries (hand soap for sinks only) so had to buy but otherwise everything was as described

Brilliant clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed.

Could do with portable fan. Very hot. We were lucky we had our own. Just needs a foot rest for tired old bones
