Location was perfect. Lovely apartment and great location

The service from management company Got there Sunday night and Monday morning reported broken tv, bulb need replacing and shower head not hanging right. Took until Thursday to fix bulb and shower but never replaced tv. Management company started ignoring requests. My partner is recovering from torn ligaments so we were staying at apartment more so he could rest but when it rained could not even enjoy tv (took a fire stick)

Ridiculous amounts of messages from a virtual assistant which was on top of messages from local contact as well as booking.com. Poor toilet flush. No welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. No bath matt No kettle Not good value for money at £100 a night over Christmas

This is a nice apartment, it's ideal if you want a quiet holiday as its suitated on a residential complex, it's main plus is that it's only 20mts from the main strip which has all the bars, restaurants and shops, best of both worlds.

The location was very good and close to centre and the apartment was clean, washing up liquid and cloth and sponge were handy to have instead of buying and wasting loads and had good amount of utensils.

Rust in the bath, no proper clothes drying rack just a couple of bars in the bathroom, shower head kept falling and wouldn’t stay up,shower curtain could also do with changing, no English tv channels were working, wifi didn’t reach half the property only really worked well in living room and on the balcony, paint peeling off the wall in bedroom , lamp in living room didn’t actually work and the skirting boards near balcony door are not finished properly, could do with adding a kettle to kitchen, extractor wasn’t connected to anything so was useless. For the money have definitely stayed in better apartments on the same complex. Me and my partner accidentally lock ourselves out so we contacted the company and our liaison: she didn’t reply until later when being told we had already sorted it on our own and the company said there was no spare key, and told us to call a locksmith, which took us quite some time to find one to come out in the evening to us, which we then paid for ,only to then be told on the day of leaving ,to leave the keys in the apartment…so obviously they did have a spare.

La poca privacy nella terrazza,servirebbe un divisorio alto tra i due appartamenti

Posizione comoda a due passi dal centro, parcheggio privato sempre disponibile, casa ben arieggiata e spaziosa, anche il balcone grande, in cucina presente tutto il necessario. Molto bella tutta la struttura ed il giardino circostante

All’arrivo era sporca ma hanno provveduto subito ad eseguire una pulizia extra, letti singoli attaccati al posto di un matrimoniale, doccino con un getto poco potente
