"There were issues with the TV. Had to change rooms because of it. Other than that, there were no other issues."

The staff made checking in easy

Our television did not work. We called the front desk and they said they would be right up. Then realized there was no shampoo or soap. Went down to get some and they said they didn’t have any. Reminded them again that the tv didn’t work. Oh sorry we will be right up. Nobody ever came.
