Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg, Ms.

rooms not attached to casino, was about a 1/4 mile walk/drive and was not indicated on the website, felt that was very misleading, and no shuttle available, was told by night staff it was broken, then morning staff said haven't had one since covid, tv did not work, refrigerator hot, no tea bags available for brewing in the morning, only 1 restaurant open, and then was out of the beer that we wanted and showed they had available

I left two bags in the drawer of my room which could not be found.

Beds were comfortable and room was quiet

Floors were dirty, furniture old and worn, casino was not attached to hotel.

Room was clean and spacious, liked the key card to tap, bed and pillows were more comfortable than at home. The view was nice. Coffee was stocked and water and cups were available. Shampoo and conditioner smelled great.

Didn't seem to be a shuttle service to the casino, bathtub faucet had a drip but was in it's own room so it was easy to ignore.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Got a "river view" room, but the window was so dirty I couldn't see well out of it, and there was a huge tree in front of it. The lamp shade was stained, eeeewwww! The TV had a mind of its own - very difficult to get it to turn on, even more difficult to find a channel to watch. It turned on and off, volume changed to very loud. I think because there was a delay in it accepting what buttons I pushed on the remote. Frustrating!
