Hi All, I would like to share my appalling experience at this adversitied vacancy To start off with Access's to the site and the rooms is very limited and confusing to actually find this property you would be walking around like a Yo-Yo with no assistance from the property owners Secondly when arriving on site access to the property was given no earlier then 3pm (not a second earlier although the property was available) we had contacted the place many nights before and on the day to arrange a earlier check in and totally no communication was made back in this regards In addition to this disgusting experience the company had requested an additional £150 on top of the apartment price for security fees Totally rude and unprofessional staff and zero customer service the rooms aren't as good Borken furniture and non working compliances please avoid and spend your money elsewhere AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Property is great

I didn’t like the fact I have had no contact back after the deposit and another £145 has been took out the bank as well as paying for the property I have tried to contact them all week and still haven’t heard anything back, Therefore I am now having to take this further

Not looked after what so ever. Not cleaned from the people before towels everywhere, bed not made all scrunched up , pots and pans every where. Door hanging off

The fact that washing wasn't done. It wasn't as seen in pictures and needs a deep clean and redecorating.

“The property itself was nice, but it hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were tissues on the floor, and the bed sheets weren’t made up, which made it look like the cleaners hadn’t been in.”

“The apartment had no electricity, which was very inconvenient. What made the situation worse was that we received no response from the host to resolve the issue. Waited 3 hours there without electricity host ignored our calls and messages.

Hi, I am very unhappy with my stay here. Firstly, when I arrived, the main door was unlocked and damaged, meaning anyone could have entered the apartment. The only way to secure it from the inside was with a small chain, which is completely unsafe and could easily be broken. This made me feel very uncomfortable leaving my belongings inside, as I did not feel the apartment was secure. Secondly, I booked this place because it was advertised as the “King Penthouse,” but the apartment I was given looked nothing like the pictures shown online. For the price I paid, I could have booked better accommodation in the same building. This felt misleading and very disappointing. On top of that, there was washing left inside the machine from previous guests, which is unprofessional and unhygienic. Communication was also terrible — my messages were ignored. Although I was offered another room, the key provided did not even work for that door, forcing me to go back to the unsafe apartment I was originally placed in. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
