Dass wir um Punkt!!!!! 10.30 vom Reinigung Personal hinaus komplementiert wurden obwohl wir Geschirr gewaschen haben und bei der Reinigung behilflich waren. Eine halbe Stunde Puffer wäre Gastfreundlichkeit

The view in incredible, as is the location. The staff are super helpful too. Huge living space. The balcony is unbelievable for a evening wine or a morning coffee. The staff made this place great recommending a taxi driver. Bringing us a corkscrew as there was one missing from the flat. Checking us in in person showing us how to operate the lift for our luggage. We felt very safe as a group of only girls staying.

We didnt think the apartment was overly clean appreciate its a huge space and must be difficult to clean. The layout is strange with the living room being upstairs, and only two small sofas. No clothes horse to dry clothes - balcony is perfect for drying laundry in the heat. Literally no major faults. Would stay again. Would recommend

Lovely spacious, sunny living area with fabulous view and small terrace overlooking river and old town. Good rooms each with their own bathroom. Well located from old city across stone pedestrian bridge. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby, many with terraces overlooking river. Very helpful and responsive host.

When first arrived sunny apartment was very hot, but temperature improved with use of blinds and air conditioning. Front bedrooms had some street noise on the Saturday night. Internal lift was confusing to operate.

Fantastic property with an unbelievable view

One room was small with no ensuite

The location was excellent and close to historic Verona via the Ponte Pietra. We loved the size of the apartment, especially the terrazza. Had an amazing view and was big enough for all of us to sit out in during the day. Buses and Funicular were close by for trips out. Also included the Hop on Hop off bus. Shops, cafes, gelaterias and restaurants also nearby. Our hosts were great and available when needed. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Lots of stairs to climb but when we worked out how to use the lift this was no problem. Being high up allowed us a spectacular view of Verona. Other than that everything was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.
