Residenza Ponte Pietra - Domus Verona

Absolutely loved the location! It was perfect for our needs..Close to sights and in a charming neighborhood. And the views from the windows were incredible. We spent ages gazing out at beautiful Verona. It was so relaxing and added a whole new dimension to our stay.

The elevator. Very old and doesn't work properly.

Fantastic location. Two small bars/deli's downstairs with limited outdoor seating were very convenient for breakfast. It's beside the lovely Ponte Pietra and on to a very pleasant 20 minutes stroll to Piazza Bra, with endless restaurants and tourist sights along the way. Very near to Verona Cathedral, Piazza Erbe, etc. Great beds, good aircon which could be individually controlled and the apartment was spotless. It is a very big apartment, it's very comfortable and outside, the balcony seats 4 people. The view from here is gorgeous as has been mentioned in previous reviews. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it

The fourth bedroom is up a very narrow windy staircase leading off the main living room, which is on the second floor. It was steep and was mezzanine style with no door. Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or for children. It was quite difficult for luggage and isn't very spacious. The rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms were on the first floor and were a good size and very comfortable.

This apartment is spacious, in a great location and has fabulous views. The hosts were responsive and met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and show us round. It was a wonderful place to stay and I hope we will return. Very highly recommended.

The piano was out of tune. But it had a piano!! And really the whole apartment is great.

Incredible apartment - whoever built it back in the time put his heart and soul in it.

Lift was not easy to operate. Not easy to contact owner to return keys

Firstly the view is breathtaking, it is just as good as in the photos. The flat is tastefully decorated and spacious. A haven of peace, but really convenient for visiting verona, the ponte pietra bridge is just downstairs ! There is also free parking a few minutes walk away. The private lift to the apartment is great for family members who have trouble with the stairs.

The only downside, and it is a small one, is that the beautiful piano present in the living room needs tuning!

Not comfortable room on the 3rd floor i.e. above living room / space. “Cold” atmosphere at the house! Non comfortable beds.

The view from the living room is incredibly beautiful. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious. It is in a great location for all the sights and just next to a fantastic ice cream shop. Perfect for our group of 6.

There was no washing up liquid, dishcloth or tea towel which made using the kitchen more difficult. We bought a dishcloth and washing up liquid, but having no tea towel was very annoying.
