All necessary amenities included. Nice location to explore La Spezia and quite close to the train station.

There are people entering the main hall during night, so in might case that woke me up.

"No hay wifi ni heladera, la ventana no cierra y nadie del lugar te responde"

Pesima experiencia. Sobre la hora nos cambiaron el departamento (nos mandaron a otra dirección), en ese departamento no andaba el wifi, la ventana no cerraba, no habia heladera (decía que había) y lo peor de todo NUNCA MÁS RESPONDIERON. Les envié videos y fotos de todo lo que cuento acá. Nos dejaron a la deriva. Envié mensajes por WhatsApp, vía booking, llamé por teléfono y nada, se borraron para no dar explicaciones. Y lo peor de lo peor es que booking no se hizo cargo de nada tampoco. Mi recomendación: NO ALQUILEN ACÁ. Van a tener una urgencia, un problema o lo que sea y nadie va a ayudarlos. Imagínense si pierden la llave por ejemplo. Una vergüenza San Martino.
