Comfy Double En-suite room in Barking

The room was spacious and had a lovely ensuite, the kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of room - the garden was also lovely in the sun!! Also fantastic service from Ruth we instantly felt welcomed 😊

There is nothing I don’t like, I was very happy with the property and the facilities

Place was good and clean and the host was real welcoming

We did not get Some facilities they mentioned that the room we book comes with, like toiletries, shower caps, slippers, bathing soup, and there is no city view as mentioned on the post. We regret because if it was not mentioned we were going to bring ours.

The room was comfortable, and we received a warm welcome from Ruth . My mum really appreciated the service bravo 👏

The lady working there, Ruth, was very nice. She did everything she could to make it better for us.

The location! I don't understand why it is rated 9 when it is so far away from the city center. It took us almost an hour to get there and back home. Also, the bed we got in the first room was very small, not for two people. After we complained, we got another room, the bed was a bit more convenient but still small for two people in my opinion. Overall, the place was not what I expected and paid for.

It was discussing we pay for the room and on the day on picking up the keys the lady told us we have no Room was cancel and she took the money she give us other room as a replacement and was a completely dirty and basically a damper stay away

I will not really recommend any one to book a room at this place Because they will cancel your booking last minute.I had a very bad experience . they deal with customers unprofessionally
