the room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. But the room had a damp and musty smell during our stay. A bit disappointed as we had to leave a window open when we went out.

As said above the damp smell.

Location was very good.

The size of the bathroom

The decor is exactly like the pics. I was in Room 3 right next to the kitchen and it was a lovely compact room. Well decorated and fluffy towels. Ruth was really helpful.

Towel rail broken. Room next to the kitchen which was a bit noisy in the morning. No parking on site or on the main road. Read the signs on the side roads before parking.

Excellent nice and clean room, with wonderful welcome by Ruth, she was exceptional in everything, took care or everything nicely

Ease of access to transport, neat clean and above all extrmely peaceful !!

really clean and comfy, host was very friendly and gave us the keys and wifi password immediately

the walls were thin so it was a bit noisy but not at night

Perfect location - 5 mins from metro station, a bit far, but easy to reach from the center of London Lots of grocery shops with affordable prices Many restaurants around, cheaper than in other parts of London 10 mins walk to Lidl Exceptional staff, always ready to help. When reported that something didn't work it took less than 10 mins for a person to come and fix it :)
