Very comfortable apartment. It has absolutely everything you need and is perfectly located for restaurants, beaches and supermarkets. The free secure parking and spa pool was great too.

"Un bon endroit pour une semaine de repos."

Propre, joliment décoré, convenablement équipé, bien situé. La personne servant de contact, Konstantin, était vraiment très bien, à l’heure, fiable. Mais il est préférable de lui parler anglais, si votre espagnol est inexistant.

Ligging is top! Alles is heel goed geregeld met het personeel van de verhuurder. Svetlana en Konstanin, jullie verdienen een 10+.

Erg gehorig. Accommodatie is in een groot appartementencomplex en helaas hadden wij een groep jongeren in het appartement naast ons die erg luidruchtig waren.

"Gezellig appartement op goede locatie"

Appartement ( 49B) ligt direct aan de boulevard, op loopafstand van 3 supermarkten. Geweldig balcon met de hele dag zon en prachtig uitzicht op het zoutmeer en de rots. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht, veel bergruimte. Ruime badkamer. Grote Smart TV en goede wifi. Ruim voldoende keukengerei, nieuwe pannenset, grote koel/vriescombinatie. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats bij het appartement hoort.

Bedmaat 150x190 wat aan de krappe kant. Geen dekbedden maar een deken. (Slaap)bank in de huiskamer zit niet lekker. Kleine keuken, geen vaatwasser.

"Vier heerlijke weken op een uitstekende locatie!"

Wij hebben vier heerlijke weken doorgebracht in TIMORA SEA VIEW New Apart’ Hipocampos en kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen. Het appartement ligt op een uitstekende locatie aan de boulevard, met een prachtig uitzicht en op loopafstand van het centrum van Calpe. Alles is dichtbij: strand, winkels en restaurants. Het appartement zelf is schoon, gezellig en smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht, waardoor het zowel perfect is voor een kort als een langer verblijf. Een extra compliment verdient Konstantin, de manager van het gebouw. Hij is een zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame en betrokken persoon, altijd bereikbaar en hij reageert direct op ieder verzoek. Dat gaf ons een erg prettig en zorgeloos gevoel tijdens ons verblijf. Wij hebben hier enorm genoten en raden dit appartement zonder twijfel aan iedereen aan die comfortabel wil verblijven in Calpe.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with fabulous sea views from the terrace. The location was perfect and the indoor Spa pool was an added bonus! We have already booked to return later this year 😊
