Everything. Such a wonderful balcony with a gorgeous outlook. Perfect location, on the prettier and calmer Calpe beach of playa la fossa. Nice hosts.

Lage war sehr gut. In der Nähe vom Strand und Promenade. Angemessene Restauration in der Nähe. Zu Fuss ca. 1/2 Stunde in die Altstadt von Calpe.

Baustellenlärm vom Nachbargrundstück (Bau eines neuen Wohnblockes). Wird voraussichtlich noch etwas länger dauern bis der Wohnblock fertig gebaut ist. Die Wohnung ist ringhörig. Wenn Leute in der Nachbarwohnung sind kann man sie gut hören.
