Rock Mill - Stunning Studio Apartment

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location, had nice little touches such as coffee, sugar , hot chocolate and lots more. Was very clean and check in was very easy

We was allocated room 30 and the lift was right outside our room so we could hear it going up and down which is only something minor but just got a bit noisy

The property was comfortable, easy to access and in a good location for hikes. The restaurant next door Cupola was great! Customer services were prompt at replying via WhatsApp.

When we arrived we noticed a very large stain on the blanket (see pictures) which when we contacted customer services this couldn’t be resolved until the following morning due to no housekeepers around. We also advised other stains in the wardrobe, bathroom drawer, the shower head was very dusty and there was a red onion peel in the cupboard, all of which were mentioned. The following morning another blanket had been thrown onto the bed and the wardrobe cleaned but nothing else. After this, we were very disappointed, and contacted customer service to which they refunded us the cleaning fee. We also had issues with the deposit being paid too early so whilst the first deposit was pending we had to pay another £150.00 deposit.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Good location to local attractions. The studio was perfectly equipped. Nice and clean.

I have returned the key upon departure, but the cleaners said it was not in the lock box.

Location, and facilties including bike store and boot Locker.

It was a new condo. Great kitchen set up. Heated bathroom floor. So comfortable and cosy!

Easy access to keys- great instructions for everything! Only thing was we had no time for the several walks around the property!
