Very pleasant accommodation. Simone is a very polite and accommodating host. Considering that we arrived at the apartment at 3 AM and were a bit late due to issues on the highway, he really welcomed us with great understanding. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean, and everything is just as it is shown in the pictures and the description of the accommodation. All praises, and we will definitely see each other again.

The check in and check out time was unreasonable. The check in is at 8pm and the check out the latest by 11am... You barely have time to leave your things and you already have to pack to leave. The description of the place said that you can expect a buffet breakfast, however, you only have a supermarket croissant and coffee...

The room is located on the upper floor of a house converted to BnB (no lift). The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, the bed comfy, and there is plenty of room to store your personal items. The whole apartment is spotless clean. The room overlooks a lovely terrace (unclear if that can be used freely though). He accommodated a late check-in due to a traffic jam which delayed my arrival.

There are lots of rules to follow (including which spot at the table to sit at during breakfast time) and you'll find stickers everywhere warning the guests about what is/isn't allowed to do in the house. These rules are not available to browse before booking the room so you don't really know what you are getting into until you check in. Most importantly, I felt very uneasy when I realized that the owner checks on the guests using cameras placed everywhere in the common areas of the house (except in the bedroom, obviously... well, hopefully). I felt constantly monitored and he even scolded me for bringing a carton of pizza in the bedroom; when I told him I could eat it in the living room instead, he told me that the living room is only available to use at breakfast time! However, the "breakfast" is so scarce that the host may as well not offer it and rather set up a little snack area.
