We liked the modern furniture and everything was functional

One of the best value-for-money accomodations I've ever stayed in. The owner is super nice and flexible, the facilities and the cleanliness is amazing and it's not too far from the city centre even on foot.

I liked absolutely everything!! Location is very practical, there is free parking outside, the flat is amazingly beautiful. Great coffee for breakfast, the bed is SUPER comfy, room was so beautiful, and bathroom squeeky clean. And most important, the host is really amazing and very welcoming.

We liked everything.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. There was air con and a terrace was available. The whole room was very technically advanced. Simon was friendly and provided lots of information, but we had little time to take advantage.

I must say I didn't read the description thoroughly.! It was a room in a flat and was thus a b and b. Yet it was not. We felt as if we were squatting in the place rather than guests. Being asked immediately to remove shoes was off putting - I think Simone could have put it differently - offered slippers perhaps. We never made the TV work and the hydro massage ( extra not surprising given its size) meant there was no proper shower. Horrible after a long drive. The flat was located a long way from restaurants and the centre and as you couldn't get in before 7.00, it meant driving. Not what you want. The breakfast was awful as others have said. There has been no attempt to change it after complaints. We happen to like espresso coffee but there was no option for tea or weaker coffee. Simon might consider it an Italian breakfast, but we have had much nicer elsewhere in Italy. The water container on the table, full of lukewarm water, was not appealing. We would not go back in spite of the good things - we just weren't at ease there as one normally is in a b and b.

The apartment itself was nothing short of perfection. It was beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean.

Very nice room and bathroom, clean and high technology equipped, very nice and friendly owner, good location, free parking, large terrace, a lot of nice plants around.
