Salisbury Style - Modern city apartment - Christchurch Holiday Homes

The apartment was excellent value, it was very spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms. We really liked the size of the living area and the fact that there was space for two cars to park right outside the door. The location of the apartment was perfect to walk to a number of restaurants, bars and cafe's.

From a facility perspective, the apartment was wonderful. The only thing we didn't like was not knowing until we'd already booked that it's managed outside of booking.com, so you have to complete a registration form and submit a credit card for a holding bond. I personally use booking.com as my preferred provider, which holds my credentials, and feel uncomfortable when I'm being sent links to add my details to an external party.

Back Outdoor light not working, sliding back door should have a mat to wipe your feet, mirrors in the bedrooms.

Lovely Apartment in a good location. Clean with modern casual decor. We loved it. Best Apartment we have stayed in on holiday. Highly recommended

Nice decoration, very clean,modern, light, outdoor space, good bed and linnen. Good kitchen with basics. Near city ( walkable). Everything was perfect.

Very cumbersome registration procedure having to share electronic copies of passports and having to pay additional security deposit. We don’t particularly like the surveillance camera either. But if you don’t care much about your (cyber)security and (data)privacy, you’ll have no problem.
