"Disappointing"

The property was misleading on its ad, referring it as a “Brand New City Apartment”, which it clearly isn’t. There were other issues which I have discussed with the property direct. However I have not heard from Booking.com which is extremely frustrating considering I have sent several messages.

Location to the city and Hagley Park is excellent. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, modern bathrooms, peaceful and secure. Having our own carpark was a huge bonus. And the little extras of biscuits and tea and coffee much appreciated
