Keys easily located in lock box by front door. Good communication and instructions.

This is my second stay and I seem to find opening the door from the inside tricky.

Location was excellent. So close to town.

Pillows weren't great. Not much room to store luggage.

Everything is so good. The house is as good as the pictures show, new, neat and clean. The location is fantastic, in the centre of the city, easy to walk to many restaurants and there is a park just two minutes walk. The owner is very thoughtful. There is a broucher, stating everything you may possibly need including the hospital information which is very useful for a tourist. In all, the house could meet every equirement of yours, and is definitely worth the money. It will be my choice for my next tour to Christchurch.

If there could be any tissue paper downstairs, it could be better. But it will not affect my comments to the house and the owner.
