Great central location with off-street parking

Light and sunny with everything you need. Comfortable beds and great location to cafe's restaurants and walkable distance to the city.

Did not find fault.. Although one bathroom was very tight..would not suit a big built person.

We supplied our own breakfast. This is apartment accommodation. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting a safe, quiet, well located and comfy place to spend a few days.

The painting of the semi nude woman. I thought this was tasteless. The pictures of the property show no art works. So I didn’t expect such a painting when I booked the property for two celibate Monks. Once the painting was stowed in the laundry to room looked great.

The location and close proximity to the city, gardens, park and restaurants was excellent.

It was unseasonably warm in Christchurch and the bedrooms upstairs were very hot - thankfully the fans did provide some relief. There were no instructions for the TV and could not work out the free to air but as it was a long weekend did not wish to bother the agent. Maybe instructions in the folder would be helpful.

Great holiday home, awesome location, quiet neighbourhood, really clean, good beds we really enjoyed our stay thanks so much when we come back we will definitely book this place again

Fantastic location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all furnishings were in great condition. It had everything we needed and more! Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus! Would definitely stay again if visiting Christchurch.
