nice clean rooms but horrible views from window

80 year old father had to go up stairs to his room when I asked for a room with no stairs, no soap in toilet, no shoer gel very disappointing

"Not a quiet family hotel"

Clean, decent size room.

Noise! No mention of function room right above the family room. Music didn’t stop all night. People on the corridors shouting at all hours. No hot water. Complained at the time and nothing said - no apology - almost passing it off. Should state about the function room as this does not make it a QUIET hotel

Very modern and clean. Although there was a party event on, you couldn’t hear anything in our room. Perfect location. Daniel at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Refurbished rooms, helpful staff, good location.

Party downstairs in the bar area, rather loud, I thought with the venue saying no stag or hen groups it would be a bit of a quiet place to stay.
