Great hotel and very welcoming and attentive staff

View could have been better if i was staying longer but not a massive issue for our stay as we checked in super late after the pleasure beach and left in the morning. The view did not effect my over all experience or out look on the hotel. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely, clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and welcoming and went above and beyond to help in anyway they could. Brilliant customer service especially from Daz the assistant manger. Italian restaurant at the hotel is amazing definitely worth dining there

Only issue was are toilet seat broke. But nothing major, half the hotel is still closed off for refurbishment but I’m sure once it’s all done it will be as lovely as the rest

Great location and staff very friendly hotel itself very clean but room small

We got there earlier but couldn't get in room until 3 o'clock but it says that when you book so me n my friend went to bar aera asked for coffees we don't sell coffee we asked for snacks we don't do snacks our room was very clean but small we had twin room and the handbasin we had no hot water also the shower we at to open bathroom door to get shower door open but like said spotless clean and only 1 toilet roll no glasses in bathroom

Very nice place, lovely to sit out front and watch the world go by, Dan was brilliant, all staff very friendly and helpful, central to all attractions

Stayed in twin room which was lovely but could do with a few tweaks ie, some shelves in bathroom, somewhere to hang towels, some shelves in bedroom to put bits and bobs on and a fan in the summer would of been good as it was very warm in there in the evening
