"Good stay in well managed property"

Recently refurbished, had a good shower and comfy bed. Daniel who was running the hotel when we stayed was upbeat and very helpful. Found hotel very quiet at night.

"Clean, but the staff need to sort out the bedding!"

The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from The Winter Gardens where I was attending the Rebellion Festival. The Pleasure Beach is about 20 minutes walk in the opposite direction. The hotel is clean, well decorated with a comfy bed. Unusual for Blackpool!

No one came to clean out the bin during the 5 days I stayed. The hot water in the sink didn't work, and even after I asked for it to be fixed, the receptionist didn't know what to do. It stayed cold!

Bathroom access was tight to get in and out with the space between the bed but the shower was spacious and room was clean and tidy

Staff lovley, helpful and polite. Location perfect. Beds were very comfortable. All you need in a room

Only negative thing I can say is when someone is in the shower in the next room you can hear them. Apart from them excellent stay
