The property owner is very responsive. Made last minute arrangements to our booking, even requested for additional room, and she was still able to accommodate our request. Great customer service.

Location was good.

Old bathroom with flip flops left there. Bit unclean and rusted kitchen tops.

Reception looks very impressive. Walking distance to Mall of Asia

Room was unclean, needs a full refurbishment. Cooker only works on lowest heat so can't cook. Shower broken and rusted. Damp / unclean kitchen towel. Cockroaches. Pots, pans and utensils need replacing.

Room was comfortable & clean. A/C was good. Was Beautiful outside by the swimming pools. Awesome location!!

No balcony available although I was promised one. View of dirty buildings under construction out back window. Rain leaked from the window & wall causing the bedroom to flood during a storm. Swimming pool access was VERY limited.

accessible to shopping malls and groceries.

need to throw trash in basement,it should have been good if the staff will do this task upon check out not the guests.
