Really spacious apartment, comfortable bed and very clean building as a whole - but obviously not quite ready. Free parking area in the basement which was great for us as we rented a motorbike for the 2 weeks we stayed. Clean pool on the rooftop along with a treadmill and exercise bike. Quite a few shops close by. Air conditioning units worked great and washing machine inside the apartment was convenient.

Overall, really disappointing. Lack of cooking utensils and nothing to clean the kitchen with (despite booking stating that cleaning products were included). After asking twice, we were provided with simple things but not enough to keep the place clean for a two week stay. Ended up using one of the smaller towels in the bathroom which they then tried to charge us 150,000dong for during checkout because it was dirty which we refused. No trash can in the apartment so ended up using plastic bags for rubbish. When housekeeping did come in, they didn’t clean the kitchen which made the situation even worse - just changed towels and linen. On our first day they also came into the apartment (without notice) to complete bathroom renovations. Lots of construction work around the building during the entire two weeks meant that it was very noisy and there were constant power cuts - went out to buy candles in the end so we could see at night.
