Old world charm, modern comfort

What a delightful place to stay. Tucked away on a charming cobbled street and surrounded by friendly neighbors, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. After spending a month and a half traveling through Morocco, we can say with complete confidence that this was the best place we stayed. The house itself is exquisite, with every detail carefully considered—it felt like staying in a contemporary museum. From the wooden doors and tiled accents to the traditional metal lights, each piece was beautifully crafted by local artisans. Our hosts, Sam and Tiffany, were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything from transportation to Chefchaouen to recommending wonderful local restaurants. Their warmth and passion for the city made us fall in love with Chefchaouen just as much as they have. We would return again in a heartbeat.

Nothing, we just wished we have booked for a longer stay

At arrival we got help with the luggage. The shower is warm and with good pressure. The beds are clean. In the morning Naima came to make a very good breakfast for us. And she was also nice to our children.

However, we don’t recommend to stay here. There is a strong smell of cats inside the house. We left after one night, even though we booked 3 nights. We checked in and when we entered the house it smelled strongly like cats and air freshener. We asked about this but they said the smell is from the outside. When we went outside we smelled fresh air. Then it started raining and the air outside smelt even better, but inside the cat smell had not changed. We asked the host about this, but she denied the smell. However, we found 14 air refresheners inside the house of which 9 were placed in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. To be clear: we did not walk with shoes in the apartment and kept doors and windows closed. We finally decided to leave after one night because of the smell, and found a good hotel. We notified the host and received a reply which, in our opinion, is too harsh and formal.

Absolutely amazing property, home from home! Beautifully decorated, just as the pictures show, it is old world meets modern comfort perfectly. The staff were brilliant, with excellent communication before the stay to make our arrival smooth. Directions and support to park our rentalcar & then escorted us to the house. Advice & recommendations for walks/food/sightseeing were spot on. And then the breakfast…..oh my goodness: amazing!! Thankyou for a wonderful stay. ❤️❤️❤️

Nothing. It is perfect

Le riad est vraiment top ! Les prestations et la décoration sont vraiment d'un niveau élevé et très soignés. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec une communication constante avant, pendant et après le séjour avec Tiffany qui est d'une grande gentillesse. Le riad est très bien situé, en plein milieu des ruelles animées de Chefchaouen. Il est décoré de très bon goût, avec de l'espace et de l'intimité pour chaque membre de notre groupe. La terrasse a une vue magnifique et est idéalement équipée pour pouvoir en profiter pleinement. Le petit-déjeuner cuisiné et servi sur place par la housekeeper qui a été adorable, est franchement de grande qualité et copieux, Merci encore pour ce très agréable séjour, nous recommandons à 100% ce riad où nous aimerions pouvoir revenir.

Il serait très difficile et peu honnête de notre part de trouver quelque chose à redire. On voit que la propriétaire fait tout, tant au niveau des prestations que de la communication pour que tout soit parfait.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour a dar Lalla naima, le staff était formidable et accueillant tandis que la maison était parfaite et chaleureuse. Le petit déjeuner était servi chaque matin a l'heure et étais délicieux. Et en plus de tout cela, la maison se trouvant dans le cœur de la médina, cela a été très pratique pour toute nos promenades.
