"Would not use them again mostly due to not receiving my holding deposit 18 days after checkout. Now escalated to Booking"

central location, was mostly clean.

Garden was very messy with waist high weeds. As I took my small dog I had to clean up outside the door just to get access to the garden. Also it was not secure as had broken fence and opening into ally next to property. No bath mat for getting out the shower and no mirror in the bathroom making it difficult for men wanting to shave. Very limited kitchen cutlery. There was wi-fi but no internet so tv could not be used so had to connect to my mobile in order to have tv. Had to pay a £200 deposit before they would release details of the key code which was noted in the terms for the property but they have failed to pay it back, not answering to text or phone calls. Just AI responses

"Very poor and stay away from here"

Garden was messy so could not be used. No wi-fi working even though was told will be fixed during my stay but nothing was done and most importantly they took deposit of £200 which was supposed to be refunded within 2 weeks however its been more than 5 weeks now and even after repeated complaints to the owner and Booking.com until I'm posting this message no efforts have been made by anyone and looks like a fraud going on here.

We were able to run Witton parkrun on the Saturday am- a challenging 2 lap run through woodlands, meeting other nice people. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

We regret renting this property. PLEASE NO NOT STAY HERE. It was so dire we left after 2 nights. Our 1st concern was a demand of £200 returnable damage deposit which we paid 2 days in advance; the key code was only texted to us 1 hr before checkin time, & resent photo of proof of payment to property manager. We were promised the £200 deposit would be returned within 14 days of our departure. The money was NOT returned,& owner did not reply; 30 days later with persistent emails through Booking.com, did Booking.com pay us. This caused us anger & distress, for which no apology was given, only platitudes by HTS Property Holdings. The listed advert is full of lies- internet did not work, no dishwasher nor space in the kitchen for one, rear garden had fake grass, broken fence & covered in weeds, broken chair & table- not a pleasant place to sit. There were no T-towels nor pan lids, 2 forks, one a small size. No space on road to park a car as in a terrace street with cars parked on pavements. Litter, dumped cars & a burnt out car surrounds the immediate neighbourhood, even the children’s playground was covered in litter. It was a 20 minute walk through such a neighbourhood to the house. We have requested the property be removed from Booking.com.

"Avoid!!!"

I checked out on May 5th, 25 days later I’m still waiting for a refund of the £200 damages deposit I paid - their ‘boarding pass’ terms clearly state a refund will be given after two days, on booking.com it states 14 days. They advised me on May 11th the refund would be processed but then stopped communicating. The booking process is rather complicated and intrusive involving uploading a government ID, taking a live selfie and providing an email address, phone number and home address. The advertised check in time of 3pm is not honoured by the hosts; it is 4pm which they tell you after you have booked on their ‘boarding pass’. The WiFi didn’t work and they feigned ignorance when I contacted them despite a review from someone the week before I stayed stating it wasn’t working. I stupidly assumed it would have been repaired. A broken window blind in the living room and no rug, no bath mat, tiny towels and a lota half filled with stagnant smelly water in the bathroom, mismatched bed linen, stained walls and ceilings, cobwebs, no basics in the kitchen (no salt, pepper, tea towels, kitchen roll, only two forks and badly damaged cookware), bags of dog poop hidden under the weeds and an unusable patio in the garden.

Property owner asked for additional £200 and then he never responded back. Scamming at its peak. They charge you and then they won't let you enter thr property. I had to arrange the park view hotel I can share the screenshot of my stay as well. This is a place to be scammed. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely nothing

Mould in every room Alcohol and Piss Smell everywhere Leaky sink and mould smell Internet did not work at all Looked much bigger, cleaner, and modern in images All Towels were stained Beds extremely uncomfortable
