Spacious well equipped apartment with stunning views across Cape Town. Good location to Bo-Kaap and V&A waterfront.

The only thing was the mattress springs was extremely squeaky and not very comfy.

"Too much hassle for a short stay"

Location was great, view from the living room is spectacular. Washing machine is a plus.

The complicated check-in procedures where guests have to register themselves (each person) to ensure they can access the lift and building anytime and the amount of house rules. Was charged more than indicated on the site for deposit and it took a painful 2 months for the full refund to be processed - would have been better if this can be simply considered in the room price to avoid unnecessary hassle from everyone. There's no AC in the room which can be quite hot during summer.

"Schöne Unterkunft in Top Lage"

Top Lage und Ausgangspunkt, sensationelle Aussicht, sicherer Parkplatz inkl., Check in und Kontakt zu Samatha reibungslos, im Apartment alles vorhanden und in einem ordentlichen Zustand, Dachterrasse mit BBQ Grill, in der Nähe viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar (Breestreet), wir empfanden es als sehr ruhig, hatten allerdings keine Nachbarn. Late Check out gegen Aufpreis möglich, Preis-Leistung sind absolut in Ordnung

Auch bei uns war nur 1 Aufzug verfügbar was zu langen Wartezeiten geführt hat Bitte berücksichtigen dass ein Franz. Doppelbett nur 1,40m breit ist, für uns war das deutlich zu klein und bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt eher unangenehm
