Super location and gorgeous spacious appartment

Perfect location, close to everything we needed. The apartment matched the photos and description completely. The host was incredibly friendly and even let us check in two hours early — such a nice gesture!

Since it’s right in the city center, there can be some street noise at night, so it might not be ideal for very light sleepers.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, in ottima posizione per raggiungere anche a piedi le principali attrazioni da visitare. Check in anche a tarda ora, semplice(viene spiegato anche attraverso un video molto chiaro). Host molto gentile e disponibile

The one and only good thing about this apartment was its location. Walking distance to the city center, Airport shuttle. Grocery stores, cafes nearby.

WE WERE ROBBED! Of course when they deliver the keys to you they say there is a camera in the building, however this is a big lie. The apartment seems to have a solid secure entrance. There is a key for the entrance to the building, another one for the apartment, and 3rd one for the room. Inside the apartment there were 3 rooms, all locked with a separate key. The property management also have their own set of keys. While we were outside on the last day of our stay, someone got into our room, cut our expensive suitcase open and searched our suitcase. This was not a forced entry, as nothing except our suitcase was broken inside. When we checked our suitcases, they were all flipped upside down, as if a hurricane passed by. Of course we immediately reached out to the management, they denied their involvement in this "operation". 0 interest in coming down and meeting us in person, offering compensation for the incident, as this was clearly due to their lack of security. Just a list of fake messages - "we are sorry to read about that". We also reached out to police, they came collected evindence, built a report and left. There is another similar review on booking, however, we saw it a little later... Inside the apartment there is a dishwasher, but no pods for that. when I reached out to the management they first denied that there was a dishwasher in the room (while I was standing next to it). No shampoo, shower gel, nothing for the kitchen. You can see big spider webs on the roof. Do not recommend at all.
