Someone locked us in the apartment behind the wall there was a bolt and we were locked for 3 hours at least. They hadn’t given us keys for this lock, we called the police because the airbnb had given us 3 numbers to call in a case of emergency we called they didn’t answered. I had to text an assistant who gave us the keys but she had told us after she had given us the keys , we wont be contacting her if we need something after someone decided to text us back they didn’t know who locked us, how this happened Or how they can help us after 2 hours they told us they will send a locksmith, but we had called already the police because we were panicking after 3 hours inside we were hungry and thirsty we didn’t have anything to drink or eat . Then the locksmith came to open the door, it was difficult to open it took them some time. ALSO the apartment was dirty, it had in the ceiling spider webs , the towels had stains from previous uses , the bathtub was blocked and the water wouldn’t go down it need time and if it was full you would have to wait for it to drain. It had dust everywhere, the floors had stains, really disappointing experience

We loved the location, the cleanliness and the responsiveness of our host ☺️

Only the air conditioning didn’t seem very effective and it was quite hot

1. Description of "entire apartment" was misleading 2. Request for an early check-in by just 30 minutes due to torrential rains were turned down 3. No toileteries

The property is very well kept and clean. Location is wonderful and easily accessible to attraction sights. The host is very welcoming and helpful in check-in and check-out.

It was a little bit of a scavenger hunt to get the keys.
