Very comfortable room, with a nice traditional/modern mix of vibes. Good internet in the room, and the location is actually pretty good considering the price, and despite first impressions. It feels remote, but you arrive in the interesting part of town very quickly, in fact. Very friendly staff, too.

No bidet toilet... which had become a basic necessity of life by that stage of my trip... It was a little annoying to get access to the key initially, because I had no internet at the time, and was being asked for my room number, instead of passport or other information. I was unable to connect to their wifi, so had to go hunting for internet. By the time I came back, my luggage had been taken to my room anyway... A little frustrating, but probably my fault, really.

Modernized old traditional house with view at the Jr line.20 meters from a 7.11 and 10 minutes from Nara Station by feet.the House is spacefull with good air-conditioning

I didn't like that they didn't send days earlier update and info about the check in.no AC turned on and once we stepped inside it was 90% humidity and we couldn't breath.it has a sign inside to separate all your trash and throw them outside on a dedicated bin which wasn't easy if you are staying on the 2nd floor.the stairway to the house it's quite narrow you can barely pass with a luggage.(No lift)

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore con scale esterne. Non è scritto da nessuna parte questa cosa. Nella foto la scala che porta all' appartamento.

Lots of space in the apartment, great location, only a 15-20 minute walk to Nara park.

If you are sound sensitive, make sure you bring air plugs as the walls are thin so you can hear the crows and trains easily.
