Building Architecture was good. Landscaping can be much better. Food choices were good

I booked this property knowing ITC's hospitality. It was a disappointment from start to end. 1. No one at porch for luggage. A guard had to come to guide us. 2. Welcome drinks/towel were just kept at reception. No one to greet. 3. Room- hand shower doesn't work. Bathroom Door doesn't close properly. Dirty towel. Dirty washbasin. Unclean balcony. 2 combs but 1 dental kit. No hot water in december 4. Food- subpar quality. Understaffed restaurant caused mess at breakfast. After 30 minutes and repeated requests, couldn't get our order. 5. Pool- No one to attend. Wet chairs. 6.Landscaping- a plain rectangular grass garden might look good in a motel. They can learn from other ITCs. Jaisalmer is already so dry and yellow, adding some planters would be nice. If they have water for garden, they can have water for planters. Overall, paid very high price for very poor experience. Would have been justified at 1/5th of price.0

Beautiful hotel

Excellent property all around. The staff is extremely friendly courteous and patiencent. An excellent experience indeed.

The property is vast and very well laid out, with engaging ethnic architecture and gardens. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The staff is courteous and efficient.

Lack of cleanliness - I had the bedsheet changed on arrival as there was hair from the previous occupant on the sheets. The toilet was not very clean and there were traces of dust at various places in the room without having to look for it. In the morning, there was not a drop of water in the bathroom and I had to call plumbing. They found the taps and pipes clogged with dirt and took a while to clean up and get the water flowing. I barely reached the airport in time for my flight.
