Das Hotel liegt gut nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Empfang war freundlich, allerdings fehlte das besondere Extra anderer 5 Sterne Hotels (Blumen-Ketten, Segnung). Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich, besonders im Restaurant etc. aber auch im Service. Die Räume sind groß und modern, wirken aber steril. Service of staff is very good

Die Sauberkeit im Bad lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man es nicht schafft, den versprizten Fugenmörtel abzuwischen, dann Ist das definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert. Im Schwesterhotel in Jodhpur waren die Bäder makellos. Außerdem gibt es auf den Gängen Myriaden von Heuschrecken. Clealiness is a problem in the bathrooms. If it is not possible to clean away the splattered filling of the tile joints, which are all over the bathrooms this gives the whole bathrooms a beaten constructionsite appearance, definitely not worth 5 Stars, maybe 2. Additionally myriads of grasshoppers in the hallways. ITC in Jodhpur has a far more well kept athmosphere, also Trident is much better in this respect. These points are not acceptable for the money to be payed.
