Excellent breakfast

Hotel open just three months ago No bar and pool and it was not preformed to us.

Upon arrival it became clear that this is an unlicensed property. So no bar or drinks with food. The concierge service is effectively useless. Taxis not ordered etc etc. The water pressure in the showers varied, and when the pressure dipped the water would be redirected from the shower head to the hand held shower. In addition to taking 5+ minutes for hot water, the shower temperature would vary wildly. The net result is that in order to take a shower you have one hand on the temperature control and another on the button that directs the water from overhead to handheld. There are no hair dryers in the rooms. When you ask for one it takes an age for it to arrive. My 4 year old daughter was lectured at breakfast for not trying Indian food (she wanted a banana and an omelette). This is not anywhere close to an international 5 star standard. Sorry.

Executive Chef Somesh Sharda went a mile or more to make us happy.

1. The property is new but not clean. 2. Out of our 2 rooms one was stinking. 3. Though facilities were shown to exist but Swimming Pool, spa or Gym were not functional. 4. No arrangements for accompanying drivers.

Property was quite decent.. and staff was fabulous
