Rams Guest House with Kitchen Near Kochu Veli Railway station & Lulu Mall

Authorised and Responsible staff not there, One staff was there when check in then he was missing to providing service of food , There is no kichen in the property and no hottel almost near by 21.5 to 2 KM range. We have asked the Invoice while check out , The staff boy was not aware of billing , Service very poor. He told that the bill will forward to your WhatsApp but not served till date. We asked the Manager / Authorised person contact number to communicate for the Invoice , but the boy had not given , The property is one of remote area from the main Road , even there is no facility for public Transport near by about 1.50 KM range , We walked about 2 KM to reach restaurant near the LULU mall . Collectected full amount including GST then after No bill while check out even No receipt for advance payment.

Irresponsible Management

Elég jó ár-érték arány, kb 3ezer Ft/éj, éjjel is lehet menni, van melegvíz is rendesen! .... zsákutca/nyugodt környék és gyalogosan kb 15-20perc alatt át lehet sétálni a LULUmallba!

A szállás elhelyezkedése nem a legjobb és nem a legszebb, de láttam már sokkal kedvezőtlenebb fekvésű szállásokat is.

Nothing

It was difficult to locate the place and there was no lit up boards in working condition. It was a remote place and hard to get any transportation. The water heater was not working and in the other room AC was not working properly

Check in timings was 12PM. We arrived at 1PM and still did not get our rooms. We travelled all the way from Bangalore on bikes to be greeted with zero accountability and responsibility from the staff. Asking us to wait for 2 hrs to get our room just to even freshen up. No effort to even compensate or accomodate in alternate location. Worst management.

No hot water, no drinking water, location is very far from the main road, not easy access

Stay in your Guest house for thre work with my technical team. Initially booked for one day. Being it's very comfortable for stay have extended further for 3 more days/till to finish our work. Location is very ideal. Cooperation of your staff very dedicated. It's really worth and reasonable rate.
