"The stay was very difficult"

Booked room in Rams guest house near kims hospital. But directed to another Rams guest house far from kims hospital. So it was very difficult to go to kims hospital.

careless host, was not present ... didn,t welcome me and has not helpfed me out at all. comment of the host after several calls: "book something else" and has not even accept the cancelation. left me alone in the late evening. delivered the wrong adress
