NZThe property felt homey and did not feel like we lived in a “motel” or a “holiday park”. The apartment type accommodation was very nice and welcoming. There were a lot of complementary facilities and the rooms were nice and cosy.
In the apartment 23, some of the cups which were provided had not been cleaned at all after the last guests.

The flat was located on the top floor and we had to climb several steps with luggage and had elderly family members with us that struggled. Would have liked to know this before we booked. Luckily it didn't rain as the steps and walkway to the apartment was on the outside of the building
AUThe property is at good location with walking distance to everything. The spa and sauna are bonus after cold and long winter activities outside, just remember those are located on the ground floor not inside the unit.
The unit is actually on the top floor of the building, need to carry all the stuff up and down.

Upon arrival, there were leftover trash in the toilet rubbish bin. We had trouble lighting up the BBQ grill. We had some issues with the additional bed but the host was very quick to address this.
NZExcellent modern apartment. Had all the amenities required, well set up kitchen, lots of board games, exercise/yoga equipment, washer /dryer, bbq, parking. Sauna and hot tub also a bonus for after a days skiing. 5 min drive to town. Communication from unit manager was excellent, and well established check-in/out and info procedures. Would highly recommend and good value for money for this time of year in Wanaka. Was disappointed we had to leave but would book again in future.
