"Poor"

Drier broken. Had to use laundromat. Spa jets broken and not “private” as advertised when people walking past. No compensation provided. Single beds are terrible and no smart tv (difficult chrome cast).

"Disappointing"

Place was clean and tidy.

No elevator. Room was at top floor. Place had really strong curry aroma. Pillows were to soft.
