Size of apartment was very good Location was excellent

A bit worn/ dated Dusty

The apartment was lovely, clean and in a great location. Would certainly recommend this to others. The hosts provided easy instructions for access and there was a car park near the appartment.

The cost was on the highside in comparrison to other properties I have stayed in, but there was an event on in the city so premuim costs are to be expected.

Nice well equipped apartment. Had all we needed for the weekend. A little noisy due to location and it was very warm inside. Sadly we couldnt open windows due to the noise.

Couldn't find it!!! Maybe directions such as 'next to Eli Jenkins bar' would have saved us 45mins!!!

Location was amazing. Size of flat brilliant. Way the flat was kitted out was perfect.

REALLY PLEASED WITH THE LOCATION & APARTMENT ITSELF AS THE SECURE BUILDING GAVE PEACE OF MIND. MODERN & TIDY/MINIMALISTIC FEEL IN THE APARTMENT WHICH MYSELF AND FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED. FREE INTERNET ACCESS APPRECIATED ALSO- SO WORTH TAKING A FIRE STICK OR SIMILAR IF WANTING MORE THAN FREEVIEW ON THE LARGE SCREEN T.V EXTREMELY PLEASED, AND WILL CERTAINLY RETURN 😀

NOTHING MAJOR TO MENTION OTHER THAN NO PARKING FACILITY. BUT, LITERALLY 100M AWAY, Q PARKING CAN MITIGATE THIS. - JUST BE SURE NOT TO FOLLOW THE SAT NAV WITH POST CODE GIVEN ON WEBSITE AS YOULL MISS IT - THE ENTRANCE TO CAR PARK IS REAR OF PREMIER INN BUILDING

***This review is not for the Emerald Apartment as I did not get to stay there. I had a telephone call at around 9pm the evening before to say there was an issue with the apartment and the host could offer alternative accommodation to the same standard. They would not be able to give me the address until the following morning but it would be sent to me at around 7am. I had to chase for the address later that morning. After being given the address, I immediately had concerns which I voiced. As it was the day of travel I went with it and arrived at the property which was in Cathays. There was a pile of rubbish outside, opposite the property, and the key code provided did not work. I finally got the correct code after around 40 minutes of standing outside. The property was disgusting, stained bedding, mould in bathroom and freezer, black bag taped to a window, random paint patches on the wall presumably to cover marks on the walls and a foul smell in the bathroom. I immediately left the property and requested a refund. The refund was processed within 48 hours but it had cost me more than double to find alternative accommodation for that evening and I had lost two hours out of my day out.

Excellent location right in the centre of Cardiff Bay. Exceptionally clean and very spacious . So much so we decide to stay in and use the well equipped kitchen cook a pizza and open a bottle (or 2)of wine and make the most of the apartment. Very clean, comfortable bed with hotel like pillows and duvet. 2 bathrooms with great showers, one with a bath. Free WiFi and massive TV on lounge and Tvs in both bedroom. Very pretty out side the door of the apartment with a added bonus of a balcony off the lounge. Highly recommend this place to stay. Owner Very receptive with messages. Full instructions given on day of stay for entry into the apartment.
