Clearwater 17th Century Cottage

Stunning location, perfect for a relaxing stress free break, the stream running through the front of the property was perfect to relax and switch off! Lovely friendly community, my children made a new friend in Storm the pony, the owner was always so friendly allowing the children to feed her horse and pony carrots :) Highly recommend a beautiful little Italian restaurant in Richmond, called Rafael’o Italian! The food was 10/10

We had problems with the heating, no hot water. Tried resetting the boiler with no luck. Contacted the owner who couldn't get a plumber out. We had to leave a day early as we needed to wash for work the following morning. The owner has agreed to refund a day back

The location.

We arrived in the evening in February to find the boiler was broken so we had no heating or hot water. The owner said they would send someone to fix it the next day, so we went out to buy hot water bottles and went to bed. The owner told us the following evening that the boiler couldn't be fixed so we booked into a hotel after the owner promised a refund. Three months later we are still waiting for a refund and the owner is not answering messages. Avoid this place at all costs.
