The staff upgraded us to a better suite, as we were the only people staying there. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible -- they wanted to make sure that not only us, but also our furry companions were as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be coming back!

Was very quiet and peaceful

The staff was welcoming and friendly and property is close to the hotel which offers various activities.

For the money we paid, I feel the property should have wifi, parking closer to the unit and basic things like complimentary soaps, sugar coffee and so on since the shopping centres are about 35km away.

Everything we needed was available. Charmaine was a very helpful & attentive host. Plenty of wood & firelighters for the fireplace. Comfortable accommodation, sunny porch with beautiful views, lots of birds & even Eland on the property.

Located close to the Drakensberg Gardens hiking routes. Very spacious and clean facilities. Charmiane, the manager was always available to help. In the cold weather the fireplace and warm geyser was very pleasant. Beds were very comfortable.

Maintenance to the buidling - especially paint work - and steps leading to the building can be improved. The electric blankets supplied did not fit the king size bed in the main room. Carpets in the lounge that have been damaged by burning coals from the fire place should be replaced or removed.

Everything was perfect, from location to service to comfort and cleanliness.
