Opulent Inn by Lime Tree Hotels

The room was of decent size. The room and washrooms both were clean and sanitised. Otherwise, the essentials were available. This property doesn't have a lift and we had to use stairs. We had complimentary breakfast, but for that, we had to walk to the Limetree Hotel which was 650m away from Oppulent Inn. The breakfast was tasty. But, its just the sub-brand of Lime Tree and I'd say there was definitely a hell lot of difference between the room and services of actual LIme Tree vs Oppulent Inn by Lime Tree.

However, all the facilities listed were not present, like slippers, refrigerator, etc. were listed but not there. The towel given was torn, when asked for a change, the housekeeping said that's all they had. The Receptionist was rude and had a short temper.

I did not like anything about the hotel. First hotel front desk manager is very rude and not give the priority to Guest. I awaited almost 30 mints during for check in. I informed the front desk manager that I am tired, please check-in me first but he said, I have to wait until he finishes his chat with sound repairing person.

Room is good but don't have towel, they gave me room at 3rd floor but there is no name of lift. And for morning breakfast I have to go by walk to another property. When I requested that, I am not well and not able to walk too long then morning front desk manager said they will not provide any transportation. Means every time their behavior was so rude. They are charged the room rent like 5-star hotel but the facility actually 2star. approaching way to hotel is very bad. No taxi driver wanted to come and charging very high price.

Breakfast and staff
