Casa No Name Small Luxury Hotel

Location was great, walking distance to main square, markets and parroquia of San Miguel. The hotel was beautiful decorated and has rooftop bar with cool vibe. We loved the fact that bathroom was spacious , however to have hot water in the shower wasn’t that fast and easy. The staff was friendly , professional and receptive to our feedback. We had breakfast there and food was fesh and tasty, everything handmade , the banana bread delicious

The pillows were not that comfortable, for a luxury hotel boutique, I believe would be to have a menu of different type of pillows, not sure if the sheets linens were 100% cotton, it didn’t feel fresh to the skin touch. Our room was quite noisy .

It is a beautiful historic building very close to the center of the historic center. Our room was quite spacious and relatively private. The staff was attentive and friendly.

This is nitpicking- but there was an air conditioner unit on our patio that belonged to another room - and unfortunately they used it a lot. We like to have the doors open at night - so it was a bit noisy from that.

Amazing staff, very friendly polite and helpful. Very attentive and great communication upfront arrival. Hotel design and location are amazing.

Bad service. I think the hotel was under staffed. We missed an appointment because it took so long to check out at the hotel. The bar and restaurant are not open on Mondays.

Staff was friendly and helpful, place was beautiful and clean, very near Centro. Lush courtyards and water fountains very relaxing.

Negative ratings pertain to The Loft. Seven minute walk from the hotel and its amenities, on very noisy road. It is not the facility that is advertised. It felt like a Bait and Switch deal. Would not stay in The Loft and don't recommend it to others. Second issue arose when we had to depart early due to medical issue: Hotel said they could not issue any refund for unused nights, then said they would give us a break on two nights stay. We were surprised when they did not make an actual refund, instead giving us two nights credit on a future stay.

Nothing it was perfect

I liked the amenities like the little toiletries and things they provided for comfort. I also liked the jacuzzi on the rooftop, and they also left us little cookies and chocolates.

The lofts were FAR from the actual hotel, it felt like we missed out on that experience which was the whole point of the stay. I guess it was unclear that the lofts where pretty far and well we also didn't love the basement room. It felt like a bunker, it was loud at night and dark too.
