Amazing location. Excellent to explore many churches, the Cathedral, restaurants and Opera House. Very updated. Wonderful view of Palermo from balcony.

Can be a bit noisy late with people out enjoying bars and restaurants.

The appartment is well located, fully equiped and confortable.

Some supplies were not fully stocked in advance.

The location was amazing, very close to a ton of restaurants. The view was very cool from both the balcony and the terrace

Could use more towel racks, if future room updates are in future plans.

Great location, and they made accommodations for a much earlier check in and helped with parking that was right across the street. Great place!

The property was in the heart of the tourist area with an amazing view. Communication was good via text, more difficult via phone call. The room was basic and had everything we needed besides an extra surface in the bathroom for toiletries.

The space was perfumed and it wasn’t my favorite.

Fantastic central location, super helpful staff, clean and modern, views of the city. Easy enough to get to/from the airport via Palermo Lolli station.

The music from the street below and passing cars was quite loud at night but that’s part of being so central and would depend on which room you get.

Beautiful room, clean and spacious. Central to attractions. Friendly staff and excellent communication.
