Clarketon Motel - Maggie Valley

It was very cozy and comfortable. Tammy one of the owners was very nice and accommodating!

The only thing we would change would be the bed frame. My husband kept stumping his feet on the legs.

it was very clean. The location was nice, and the staff was very friendly.

The heat in the rooms makes it almost unbearable at night. Time to sleep. There’s no fan in the room and the heat is old-school out of the wall and it’s either on or off and for that reason alone we would not stay there again I didn’t have a good nights sleep, it was unbearable at night time we even tried bringing our own blanket so that we could not use the heat as much at night and that wasn’t a good substitution either

Great Motel. Loved the location. Very quiet.

It's a no smoking Motel and my husband & I don't smoke, but for some reason every time when returned to our room it smelled like cigarette smoke.

The beds were hard as a brick. Didn't sleep well at all.

The bed was on a high bed frame and under the bed hadn't been cleaned in weeks you could easily see it
