Excellent location and great communication with the host.

My family stayed in the rental and they didn’t share with me early in the stay that there were no extra rolls of toilet paper and the shower didn’t look clean. But once I communicated that with the host, they responded quickly to fix the issues. The only other info to note is that I wish the listing stated it was a 4 floor walk up. The walk up became very laborious for my elderly mother. It would have been good information to have in advance of booking.

Great location with coffee shop, deli, and restaurants close by. Very walkable.

L’emplacement était vraiment incroyable !!!

Eau chaude qui met du temps à arriver, pas de pression dans la douche, pas de radiateur en état de marche (l’un de ceux des chambres fuitait si on l’ouvrait), manque de vaiselle (pas de bol par exemple), porte de tiroir cassé dans une des chambres…

Location was fantastic. Close to a nice coffee shop, bar and grocery stores and super close to the subway.

5 floor walk up was a challenge although we got our steps in!

Die Lage war überragend. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Brooklyn Heights Promenade mit Blick auf die Skyline Manhattans ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Brooklyn Bridge ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die gelbe Subway-Linien ist ebenfalls direkt nebenan und bringt einen nach Manhattan. Der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen und hat auf alle Fragen schnell geantwortet.

Der Preis für Wohnung ist immer noch ganz schön teuer, für das, was man bekommt. Für New Yorker Verhältnisse aber leider normal. Eine Tür in den Abstellraum warkaputt und hing daneben.

The internet kept cutting out and it took a while to be restored by the property manager. The whole apartment is very worn out and tired and looks far from the listing photos. The shower is half hanging off the wall, and would fall off, there are scuffs, marks and holes all over the walls. The kitchen has limited supplies, no chopping board, and leftover broken appliances stored in cupboards. Dirty carpet in corners or under furniture. Bedroom wardrobe door hanging off one hinge. Not enough toilet paper and the soap dispenser was empty. Misleading check in info, direct messages differed from other messages causing confusion.
