There was a terrible odor from the bathroom.. I reported it immediately to the host. He immediately contacted the maintence person to come the next morning. Host was extremely nice about problem. Our communications got mixed up, and I did not see his message. So, he came the second morning. He took some action which lessened the smell, but it was still there. By the time we were checking out, it had improved. The building itself is dirty. Hallways and floors in building are very dirty. Elevator doors and floor dirty. Does not mKe a good impression or feel welcoming. I am requesting a partial refund on this property rental due to the smell. There was also a dead plan in the bedroom. Window..

L'host è molto disponibile e risponde subito alle richieste, la posizione molto vicina alla stazione in un quartiere popolare e con le fermate bus e metro vicine. La cucina è ben attrezzata e mi ha fatto piacere trovare alcune cose (sale, pepe, olio, un po' di pasta e riso, caffè solubile, qualche altro condimento, i contenitori ecc) Bagno un po' piccolo ma tutto funzionante e funzionale. Soggiorno luminoso e accogliente. Il divano letto è molto comodo.
